I am the proud mom of four German Shepherds and a couple of Siamese cats and they are the reason I started Canine Companions. I moved to Fort McMurray four years ago and realized there was a need for humane training and pet sitting.
I took my training through Animal Behaviour College and graduated with Honors. Seeing the difference the methods that I learned through them made with my pets I couldn't wait to share my knowledge with others.
I have since continued my training by attending seminars, courses, networking with other trainers and pet professionals, and increasing my knowledge with the most updated written material available. I am currently involved with Tellington Touch training and the Companion Animal Sciences Institute: Diploma of Canine Behavior Science and Technology.
I am currently involved with competing in agility with mine, and have fun with tracking, obedience, and Rally-O.

Al works with me with reactive dogs. He attends seminars, courses, and networks with other trainers and pet professionals, while increasing his knowledge through the most updated written material available. Fills in for me for pet sitting as needed.
Susan - Pet Sitter
Suzanne has lived in Fort McMurray for over thirty years. She is the proud dog mom of two. Suzanne and her German shepherds work with me with dog to dog reactive dogs. She also fills in for me for pet sitting as needed.
